MISSION D'ASSISTANCE JURIDIQUE, FINANCIERE ET TECHNIQUE EN VUE DE LA PASSATION D'UN CONTRAT DE CONCESSION PORTANT SUR LA CONCEPTION, LA CONSTRUCTION ET L'EXPLOITATION D'UN PARC DES EXPOSITIONS ET CONGRES Le présent marché a pour objet des prestations intellectuelles portant sur une mission d'assistance juridique, financière et technique en vue de la passation d'une concession portant sur la conception, la construction et l'exploitation du parc des expositions et des congrès de Nice. Il comporte une tranche ferme et trois tranches optionnelles.(cf.2.1.4)
