Procédure adaptée en application de l'article R2123-1 du Code de la commande publique. La consultation donnera lieu à quatre accords-cadres mono-attributaire à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum mono-attributaire (Lot 1 Poste 2, Lot 2 Poste 2, et Lot 4) en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée ferme de 12 mois à compter de la notification du contrat. Les marchés pourront être reconduits, de manière tacite, trois fois pour une période identique (12 mois). La durée totale de l'accord-cadre ne pourra excéder 48 mois. Le volume maximal de commande tous lots confondus sur 12 mois est de 320 000 euro(s) HT, et de 1 280 000 euro(s) HT sur 48 mois
