Framework contract ceiling increase to framework contract EBA/2022/OP/0002 - Lot 2 - Challenger Deep

This negotiated procedure EBA/2025/NP/0001 applies to the framework contract awarded to Challenger Deep SAS under Lot 2 (Crypto-assets markets data) of the previous procurement procedure EBA/2022/OP/0002. In application of Point 11.1(e) Annex I to the Financial Regulation, the maximum amount of framework contract EBA/2022/OP/0002 - Lot 2 - Challenger Deep signed between the European Banking Authority and Challenger Deep SAS is increased by EUR 60 000 (from an initial amount of EUR 120 000 to the new amount of EUR 180 000). The framework contract ceiling increase is formalised in Amendment 1 to the framework contract.
