3. Objectives 3.1 Objectives related to IORIS : The objective of the assistance is to support the project owner in: - Defining and articulating specific needs related to IORIS. - Analyzing current capabilities and identifying functional gaps. - Planning deployment or evolution phases. - Supporting change management and user training. - Coordinating technically with IORIS trainers and IORIS users - Providing user support - Providing system administrator service - lead or oversee cybersecurity and penetration test - Facilitation ISO certification of the system 3.2 Objective related to Share.it The work to foresee will involve assisting in the development of SHARE.IT integration into other platforms, especially Singapore Navy's real-time information-sharing system (IRIS). When integration with another systems reaches an advanced stage the final phase of the SHARE.IT integration into IORIS, aiming for a simultaneous go-live with the other systems coming online. The organisation of online Video and Tele Conferences (VTCs) at policy level will continue yearly, until partners are committed to invest in linking their systems to the SHARE.IT Translator Software through their gateways.
