Cet ensemble s'implantera sur un site libre de construction, jouxtant les quais du RER B de la gare de Gif-sur-Yvette Superficie terrain : 1 725 m2 environ - pour une surface utile de 1 062 m2 SU, soit environ 1 300 m2 SDP.
